  • New Insomnia Audios

    Sorry not to have written much in the insomnia blog lately. I have been working very hard to get my new Sleep Sounds audios and web site completed. The site has a radical new look with a brand new template and I have added a new audio to the Sleep Sound package. So now you get 6 audios for $57. Its cheaper than a meal out for two and a great bargain, if I say so myself.

    On my new site you can listen to a clip of each of the 6 audios in the Sleep Sound program. It means downloading a snippet of each audio which is a bit clunky but I am working on a better system. I didn't want to leave the old site up for another week while I get that work done though.

  • Sleep Like A Baby?

    The only people who want to sleep like a baby have never had one! That isn't original I have to confess but it has been brought home to me how true it is as my daughter has just had a baby girl, my first grandchild. They are exhausted and it brought it all back to me. Those years when the children are small and sleep is something you long for more than food or sex! No problem with insomnia but a lack of sleep is pretty debilitating for anyone and especially when you have to go to work the next day.
